COVID19 Update - 23 March 2020

With the unprecedented coronavirus crisis rapidly changing circumstances around the world, we thank all our travellers for their patience as we work through communications prioritising affected clients who are currently in the field and who were imminently due to depart.

We ask at this time rather than call our offices, to put your communication in an email to us, and we are doing our best to respond to them as quickly as we can.

Due to the impacts of the Coronavirus pandemic, which has seen the closure of the NZ borders, the cessation of many internal flights and other transportation as well as significant disruption to other services within our destinations due to shutdowns, our trips are currently inoperable for departures up to 31 May 2020.

We are contacting all affected passengers now in chronological order of their departures. All departures after May 2020 are currently operational and will be reviewed in due course and as the situation requires.


What does this mean for you?

We appreciate this news will be very disappointing for you. As is the travel industry-wide standard in light of these circumstances, we are now offering you a credit equivalent to the funds you have paid for the land tour arrangements, toward a future Adventure South NZ trip to be used within 14 months of your original departure.

We are not offering any refunds at this time.

COVID-19 may be the catalyst for major disruptions at the present time but the treasures and the people of your destination will always be the same & we hope that you choose to return and travel with us.

Once again, we empathise and are truly sorry that it has come to this.
