Since 1992 we've been delivering memorable & quality trips around New Zealand to fellow Kiwi's and international visitors alike. We're committed to offering you the best quality service from the first contact you have with us, to the moment you arrive back from your trip and beyond.

Here's what you can expect when you book a trip with us:

COVID-19 Deposit Security & 100% Refunds

We understand things can change. Should our trips be inoperable, or if Covid-19 border restrictions prevent you from travelling to the start point of your trip, you can choose to receive a full refund of any balance paid including your deposit or transfer your deposit and balance paid for future use.

Refunds - Outside 60 Days

For any reason not relating to COVID-19, contact us at least 60 days before your trip is to depart & you'll receive a full refund, minus your deposit.

Lifetime of Adventure

Should any reason prevent you from being able to travel, contact us at least 60 days before your trip departs & we will hold and transfer 100% of your deposit & paid balance for your future use at any time. This can also be transferred to a friend or family member

Booking from overseas?

Priority will be given to all reservations held by travellers who are not impacted by border closures. At 90 days prior to your trip operating or when a trip reaches maximum numbers (whichever occurs first), we will contact those clients who are booked yet likely to be impacted by border closures and give them the option to be wait-listed or transferred to a later date or receive a full refund.

- Valid on bookings made directly with Adventure South NZ

- Trips are subject to availability and trips reaching minimum numbers to operate

100% Refunds: Terms & Conditions

- Valid on all Adventure South NZ brochured trips

- Valid for bookings made directly with Adventure South NZ online at www.adventuresouth.co.nz or over the phone +64 3942 1222.

- Valid only for bookings directly effected by covid-19 by either New Zealand re-entering level 3 or 4 or if border closures prevent you from travelling to the start point of your trip.

- Our standard terms and conditions apply for cancellations or transfers made for reasons not related to New Zealand re-entering level 3 or 4 or if border closures prevent you from travelling to the start point of your trip.
