You can also take your booking in person to our office or to a World Expeditions office.

1. CHECK AVAILABILITY
Whether you book online or over the phone you can check the availability and operational status for each of our trips on our website. The trip status is shown under the 'Dates & Book' tab for each trip. Note the following status meanings;
Available: Book this trip now as spaces are available (note that accommodations, permits and so forth may still be subject to availability.)
Closed: This date is unavailable. You can enquire about other trip departure dates, joining a wait list or booking this trip as a private departure.
NEVER book non-refundable arrangements until a staff member from our office contacts you to confirm your trip place(s).
In the unlikely event that we are unable to guarantee the departure of your chosen trip we will process a full refund of your deposit back to your nominated credit card.
A booking can only be confirmed once a non-refundable NZ$400 deposit per person has been received. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for our full cancellation policy.
4. RECEIVE YOUR CONFIRMATION PACK
Following confirmation of your booking we will email you your pre-trip information which includes detailed trip notes, accommodation details, equipment and clothing list to help you prepare for your trip.
